Choose your package and select additional options (View Our Packages)

Complete the contact form to check your date (Click to Contact Us).

We will mail you a customized service agreement and temporarily place your date on hold. Sign and return one copy of the agreement with your deposit (1/3 of total package) to reserve your date. You may also click here to pay your deposit or full balance online.

1. Return your service agreement and deposit to secure your date


2. Slideshows - prepare and mail needed materials (View Details)


3. Send package balance at least two weeks before date


4. Label and mail music selections including all formal dances and 4-5 special songs for your DVD. (View Address)


5. Confirm any last minutes changes prior to your wedding date

Secure Online Payments

Wedding Storytellers accepts credit card payments as a convenient option for all deposits and packages. We utilize the secure PayPal transaction service for increased security and convenience.

Note: PayPal requires that single payments of $1000 or greater must be broken up in to separate payments if not logged in to a PayPal account.

Photo Slideshow Preparation

1. Select Photos

Choose 35-40 pictures and a favorite song to be featured for your photo slideshow. You may include additional pictures and songs (up to 40 per song) as an add-on to your package for $100/song. Please crop off any white space that may surround each photo.

2. Prepare CD

Number digital photos in the order of appearance and include with your chosen song(s) on a CD. If you wish to include 'birthdate' title slides as seen in our demo please include both birthdates, full names and a short message you wish to show for the couple's 'together' pictures. Otherwise, the slideshow will include all photos without title slides. If selecting more than one song, please group pictures together and label for each song.

If you wish for us to scan your photos, please number the back of each and place in the order of appearance. Please contact us as there is an additional charge for this service.

3. Ship to Us

Pack in a padded envelope and ship at least 45 days prior to:
